Elastic Weft Yarn
This product is a two-component coating structure, with nylon 66 silk as the inner core. The outer layer is covered with long-staple cotton and twisted. Such a structure can increase the initial modulus during weaving to prevent the extra elongation of nylon 66 filaments; the second is to increase friction to prevent nylon 66 from slipping and ensure the stability of the forming of the tire cord fabric. One of the tire cord weft materials for automobiles, suitable for high-quality radial tire cord varieties, with good tensile stability after dipping. During the tire molding and vulcanization process, the cord fabric can be expanded evenly.
